How to Make this Recipe Step – Step?

  1. Prepare all the dried fruit by pulsing it in the food processor.

Notes

I personally don’t like to soak the figs in milk or water. They reduce the shelf life of this snack. Also milk, gives a very unpleasant smell in these burfis.
Roughly chop the figs, before adding them to the food processor. And let the food processor or any high power blender do its job.
You can top the rolls with anything you like, mixed nut powder, poppy seeds, coconut powder, slivered nuts , dried rose petals, etc.
