    Classic Chocolate Marble Brownies

    There is nothing better than a scrumptious Classic Chocolate Marble Brownie for a late night dessert. I make these for friends and family very often and they absolutely love it. If you follow me, you might know, that I rarely use All Purpose Flour in my bakes. So, now I have this scrumptious Chocolate Marble Brownies made with Quinoa Flour and Almond Flour , they are perfect. These are refined sugar free which works just like cherry on the top.

    I read a lot of recipes, and what amazes me is how many different ways are there to make brownies, perhaps they must all be the best and brilliant versions of their own. This is my take on the brownies and trust me these are easy, quick, a way healthier version and are the best in my book of brownies because I only love to eat the best brownies.

    Classic Chocolate Marble Brownies

    These classic chocolate marble brownies make for a perfect weekend dessert, a great party dessert or just bring these scrumptious brownies to work. This recipe is very versatile. Add the ingredients you like, make them perfect that tingles your taste buds, just the brownie that will make your heart smile. This recipe needs a very few ingredients.

    Unsalted Butter - You need a good amount of butter in the recipe. It will help the brownies to get a beautiful flavor and texture. If you prefer to use salted butter, skip the salt in the recipe.

    Brown Sugar - Brown sugar works best for any chocolate bakes. It makes the bakes a chewy and moist texture. Because its also about making my desserts refined sugar free.

    Salt - Because salt sets all flavors right.

    Cocoa Powder - I recommend using a very good quality of cocoa powder. It helps to enhance the flavor of chocolate and hence you eat the best brownies. I will link the cocoa powder's I recommend below the recipe.

    Eggs - Eggs gives stability to the bake and a gorgeous texture. But sure you can substitute eggs with flax eggs.

    Cream Cheese Block - A block of cream cheese for the top layer of the brownie to give it a beautiful marble finish with the beautiful flavor of cheesecake in brownies.

    Step By Step Recipe

    Could you ever imagine, brownies and cheesecake falling under Healthy Desserts? Well, I like to make every dessert I eat Refined Sugar Free. So here it is. The best Chocolate brownie and Cheesecake

    Part 1 - Basic Chocolate Brownies

    • In a bowl, add butter, sugar ,cocoa powder and salt.
    • On a double broiler, place it in a way that the bowl is not touching the water. Mix it every now and then, until the butter and sugar melt and everything comes together.
    • Once the batter cools down, add Vanilla Extract.
    • Now add eggs, mix them thoroughly in the batter.
    • Now add quinoa flour and mix it well until the flour is mixed properly in the batter.
    • Pour the batter in the cake pan lined with a parchment paper.
    • To give a marble look keep a couple of tablespoons of chocolate brownie batter aside.

    Part 2 - Cheesecake Layer

    • In another bowl, add room temperature Cream Cheese and Sugar. Using a hand mixer mix it well.
    • To this add egg. Make a smooth batter using the hand mixer.
    • Pour this in the cake mold on top of the Chocolate Brownie Layer.
    • Now with a skewer make swirls.
    • Place the pan in the oven at 325F for 30-35 mins.
    • Once done insert a skewer and if it comes out clean the brownies are baked.
    • Let the brownie cool for several hours before cutting the brownies in pieces.

    Ingredients

    Chocolate Brownie Batter

    • 10 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
    • 1 + 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
    • 1/4 Tsp Salt
    • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1/2 Cup Quinoa Flour

    Cheesecake Batter

    • 1 Pack (8 oz) Cream Cheese
    • 1/3 Cup Sugar
    • 1 Egg

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven at 325F. Line an 8 inch square cake pan with parchment paper.
