Classic Chocolate Marble Brownies

Chocolate Brownie Batter

  • 10 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 + 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Quinoa Flour

Cheesecake Batter

  • 1 Pack (8 oz) Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg


  • Preheat the oven at 325F. Line an 8 inch square cake pan with parchment paper.

Chocolate Brownie Batter

  • In a bowl, add butter, sugar ,cocoa powder and salt.
  • On a double broiler, place it in a way that the bowl is not touching the water.
  • Mix it every now and then, until the butter and sugar melt and everything comes together.
  • Once the batter cools down, add Vanilla Extract. Now add eggs, mix them thoroughly in the batter. Now add quinoa flour and mix it well until the flour is mixed properly in the batter
  • Pour the batter in the cake pan lined with a parchment paper.
  • To give a marble look keep a couple of tablespoons of chocolate brownie batter aside.

Cheesecake Batter

  • In another bowl, add room temperature Cream Cheese and Sugar. Using a hand mixer mix it well. To this add egg.
  • Make a smooth batter using the hand mixer.Pour this in the 8 inch cake pan on top of the Chocolate Brownie Layer.
  • Now with a skewer make swirls. Place the pan in the oven at 325F for 30-35 mins. Once done insert a skewer and if it comes out clean the brownies are baked. Let the brownie cool for several hours before cutting the brownies in pieces.
