  • I meal prep boiled potatoes, and sweet potatoes. This way I have them ready handy to add them to different recipes.

Make The Paratha Dough

  • In a large mixing bowl , peel add Boiled Sweet Potato. Mash it with the back of a fork.
  • Now add Whole wheat flour, Sesame seeds, Kasuri methi, Kashmiri chili powder, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Oil and Salt.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Gradually add water only as needed and knead into a soft, smooth dough.
  • Because sweet potatoes contain moisture, you may need significantly less water than usual.
  • Add a teaspoon of oil and knead for another minute until smooth.
  • Cover and let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes.

Notes

  • Meal prep the sweet potatoes for the week. This way you can use them in different recipes like parathas, tikkis, chaat etc.
  • Use my how-to-boil-potatoes recipe to boil sweet potatoes in the instant pot. I boil potatoes, sweet potatoes and beets for the week together using this recipe.
