Ingredients

For Pizza Base

  • 2 store-bought or homemade pizza base

For the Schezwan Paneer Topping

  • 200 G Paneer cubed
  • 1 Medium Onion diced
  • ½ Cup Sweet corn optional
  • 1 Medium Green bell pepper diced
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Calabrian Chilies optional
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

For Assembly

  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 5 Cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ Cup Schezwan Sauce or use extra Schezwan sauce for more spice
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1.5 Cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh cilantro or spring onions for garnish

Instructions

Marinate Paneer and Veggies

  • In a deep plate or bowl, add cut red bell peppers, green bell peppers, and onions. You want to cut the veggies and paneer in the same size.
  • Add Calabrian chilies, red chili flakes, garlic powder, black pepper powder and salt.
  • Mix well, and cover it with a cling wrap. Let the paneer and veggies marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Pound garlic cloves in a mortar pastel until finely minced. Keep it aside. soy
  • Make the sauce. Combine, schezwan chutney, soy sauce and honey in a bowl together.

Assemble the Pizza

  • Preheat the oven to 400F
  • Apply the prepared schezwan sauce to the pizza crust.
  • Next, add a layer of cheese on each crust, and then add the layer of marinated paneer and veggies.
  • Bake in the oven at 400F for 12 minutes or until the cheese melts and the pizza crust is browned and crisp.
  • Once done, take it out of the oven.
  • Cut the pizza into slices and garnish with finely chopped scallion greens!
  • Serve with more schezwan chutney on the side.
