Equipment

  • 1 Mixer Grinder
  • 1 Strainer

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Orange Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 Inch Ginger Root
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • Teaspoon Cayenne
  • Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  • Start with washing the ginger root thorougly and peeling the ginger skin. I like to use a spoon to peel the ginger skin. Slice the ginger root so it is easier to juice it.
  • Now squeeze the orange juice how you normally would.
  • Now add orange juice, ginger root, ground turmeric, freshly cracked black pepper, cinnamon powder, and salt.
  • Now add honey to the blender jar.
  • Pulse the grinder until everything is well combined.
  • Use a strainer to strain the juice. Store it in the refrigerator for upto 7 days. Drink it as soon as you wake up.

Notes

  • You can make a big batch of these immunity shots and freeze them. You can add 1 cube (small 2oz) in a glass, with some hot water. Let it thaw and drink it.
  • The shots stay good in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
