  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Fork

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Avocados
  • 1 Small Red Onion about ¼ cup finely chopped
  • 1 Small Roma Tomato about ¼ cup finely chopped
  • 2 Thai Green Chilies You can also use Jalepenos, or Serrano Peppers
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Finely Chopped
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ½ -1 Teaspoon Salt Start with half a teaspoon, add more if you prefer.

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Mash using a fork until you reach your desired texture—chunky or smooth.
  • Add chopped onion, tomato, chili, and cilantro.
  • Add lime juice, ground cumin and salt. Mix gently.
  • Adjust salt, lime, or spice level as needed.

Notes

The secret to the best guacamole is perfectly ripe avocados:
  • Slightly soft when gently pressed
  • Dark green to black skin
  • Avoid overly mushy or stringy avocados
For the Best Flavor,
  • Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor
  • Don’t overmix—texture matters
  • Add salt gradually and taste as you go
  • Serve immediately for maximum freshness
