Take out the butter and cheese from the refrigerator. Let it soften, by the time you prep the rest of the ingredients.
Start with prepping the vegetables. So I usually start with mincing the garlic. Then I move on to chopping my vegetables and chilies.
Preheat the oven at 425F. And, Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper.
Add 2 tablespoons Boursin/ cream cheese to the bowl. Next, add in 1 cup mozzarella cheese in the bowl.
Now add the finely chopped chilies, and the vegetables. I am using 2 tablespoons each of onions, and bell peppers. Along, with this I add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped cilantro.
Add 2 tablespoons butter. And ½ teaspoon each of oregano, black pepper powder, and salt.
Mix it all well with a fork.
Now spread the prepared mix,on the slices of bread.
Bake it in the oven at 425F for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts, and the bread is crispy.
