Organic Cantaloupe and Strawberry Fresh Juice with Sweet Citrus Twist

This is a very simple pantry ingredients recipe. It takes about 6-7 ingredients and the refreshing juice is ready. I used Cantaloupe and Strawberries as the main fruit for the refreshing flavors along with some freshly squeezed orange juice to give a sweet citrus twist to the juice. For more flavor, I added some fresh mint, ginger, cumin powder, and black salt, I served this chilled to my family and this juice is certainly added to our favorite weekly refreshments.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Cantaloupe Cubed
  • 2 Cups Strawberries Frozen/ Fresh Washed and Drained
  • 1/4 Cup Orange juice Freshly squeezed preferably
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Grated
  • 10 Leaves Mint
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • Black Salt/ Regular Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar If Needed
  • 4-5 Cups Water Chilled Water

Instructions

  • In a big bowl mix the Cubed pieces of Cantaloupe and the strawberries and prep the rest of the ingredients as per the ingredients list.
  • In a big blender jar, add the fruits, orange juice, mint leaves, ginger, cumin powder, and black salt. 
  • Now blend it without adding water.
  • Add 4 cups of water. Add the 5th cup only if you feel it is needed. Blend the juice once again for about 2-3 minutes.  Give it a taste. Add ingredients to suit your taste and even sugar if you want to. I suggest to add brown sugar to make it absolutely healthy but it is totally your choice.
  • Now strain the juice with a strainer.
  • Serve chilled and drop some ice cubes and mint springs in the juice before serving.
