Vegan Mango Coconut Delight
Vegan Mango Coconut Delight is so beautiful and totally a delight to eat. It uses only four ingredients and its loved by all. All you need is a mixer blender and your job is done in 5 mins.
Servings: 4 People
- 1 + 1/2 Cup Chopped Mangoes This is about 1-2 Champagne Mangoes.
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup/ Running Honey/ Agave Syrup
- 5-6 Ice-Cubes
In your blender jar, add mangoes, ice cubes, coconut cream and sweetener of your choice. Give it a pulse. Blend it until smooth.
Serve chilled with chopped mango pieces and enjoy. You can also top with Fruit Compote, Granola, Sweetened Nut Crumble, but my family and I prefer as is.
