Preheat the oven at 400F or as instructed on your puff pastry box.The Puff pastry will be de thawed after two hours.
Now line your kitchen counter with a parchment paper. Refer to the pictures for detailed explanation.
Next sprinkle flour on top of the parchment paper. Place the puff pastry sheet on the parchment paper.
Gently open it, remove and discard the parchment paper that comes with the puff pastry.
Sprinkle some more flour on the puff pastry.With a bakers thick wooden rolling pin, start rolling the puff pastry in a rectangle until 1 inch thick.
Make 6 equal parts of the pastry as show in the picture.Pierce the puff pastry sheet as shown.

Using a fork again press it on all your sides as shown in the picture.
Fill it with Samosa Masala.Bake it for 12-15 mins until it has a nice golden crust.
