- 10-12 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Mace
- 1 Star Anise
- 1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Black Peppercorns
- 2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
- 2 Tbsp Dried Ginger Powder
- 2 Tbsp Dried Rose Petals (Optional)
- 1/2 Nutmeg Grated If you are using nutmeg powder, use 1 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 1/3 Cup Green Cardamom
Add all the spices to your Spice Grinder Jar. Grind the spices to a powdered form.
Store the Chai Spice in a clean glass jar, in a cool dry place.
