- 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee
- 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Hot Water
- Ice Cubes
- Hot/ Cold Milk for Serving
Add equal parts of instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a bowl.
Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to whip the coffee.
Keep whipping the coffee until it is light and fluffy with soft peaks.
Add a couple of ice-cubes if you are making cold dalgona coffee
Fill 3/4 glass with the milk. To make this vegan you can use any dairy free milk you love. Oatmilk tastes great!
Top the milk with the whipped coffee and there your dalgona coffee is ready!
Give it a mix with a large spoon or straw and enjoy!
