Dalgona Coffee is a whipped coffee made by whipping instant coffee, sugar and hot water until the coffee becomes creamy and get soft peaks. You can have this coffee either hot or cold, but I prefer it cold.

Equipment

  • Hand/Stand Mixer
  • Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Hot Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • Hot/ Cold Milk for Serving

Instructions

  • Add equal parts of instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a bowl.
  • Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to whip the coffee.
  • Keep whipping the coffee until it is light and fluffy with soft peaks.
  • Add a couple of ice-cubes if you are making cold dalgona coffee
  • Fill 3/4 glass with the milk. To make this vegan you can use any dairy free milk you love. Oatmilk tastes great!
  • Top the milk with the whipped coffee and there your dalgona coffee is ready!
  • Give it a mix with a large spoon or straw and enjoy!
