Take a bowl. Add the Almond Powder, Milk Powder, Cardamom Powder, Jaggery Powder and Saffron. Mix well and Preserve it in an air tight container for upto a month in a cool place.
I used Bob Mill's Almond Powder which I will link it down below. But if you want to make it at home just follow these steps. Roast the almonds just a little bit and in a food processor crush the almonds until they are powdered. and there you go your almond powder is ready.
To make Badam Milk from this Badam Milk Instant Powder you need 4 Cups of Milk. Pour it in a heavy bottom sauce pan. Add about 4 to 5 Tbsp's of Instant Badam Milk Powder and whisk continuously while adding to avoid lumps. Bring the Milk to a boil. The quantity of the milk will reduce and after a final boil you will know its done. Let it cool and Chill it for 2 hours. Top it with Saffron Strands and Sliced Almonds and serve Chilled.
