Puff Pastry Samosa Chaat – Indian Chaat

Puff Pastry Samosa Chaat came to me because of my love for Indian Chaat. Our eyes light up when we just hear samosas, well for me my heart skips a beat. Like very very real. I was craving for some chaat the other day, there was puff pastry sitting in my freezer, chutneys in refrigerator and tons of potatoes in my pantry. You guys know what I did.
